Clifford "Rusty" Black

Clifford “Rusty” Black, age 67, of Coal Grove, Ohio, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2026, at his sister Dora Tackett’s home, surrounded by his loving family after a long battle with cancer.

Rusty will be remembered for the quiet strength and steadfast presence he brought to his family. He remained close to those he loved throughout his life, sharing in their joys and offering support through difficult times. He leaves behind his sister Dora Tackett and the many family members who held him dear.

The family is grateful for the time they shared with him and will carry his memory with them always.
