Mrs. De Leon was born on September 15, 1950, to Maria Del Rosario Garza Ortiz and Juan Ortiz. Mrs. De Leon is preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Aurora Peña and Juanita Garcia.Clemencia is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Rudy De Leon, sisters, Jovita Eureste, Amelia Vallejo, and Josefa De Leon, along with numerous nieces and nephews.The Ortiz-De Leon family will honor their loved one on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Leonard Funeral Home from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A rosary will begin at 7:00 pm.
