He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Moses and Zelma Wade Moses. He is survived by: his wife Delores Sylvia Carwile Moses; his children, Wanda Snowden (Herbert), Clarence Samuel Moses, Jr. (Beverly) and Roger Lee Moses (Anne); and his brother Harry "Dickie" Moses.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the New Chapel Baptist Church (1977 New Chapel Rd, Rustburg, VA 24588). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
