Christopher Scott Ballor

Christopher Scott Ballor of Eaton Rapids passed away on March 11, 2026, at the age of 54. Born in Lansing, Michigan on August 27, 1971, he was the son of Terry Klotz and Mary Etta Ballor. Chris graduated from Bath High School with the class of 1991.

He was an avid gamer who found joy in Dungeons and Dragons and World of Warcraft. Chris also took pleasure in collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia and pewter. He held a deep affection for animals, particularly dogs and cats. Above all, he cherished his role as a father and grandfather, relishing every moment spent with his grandchildren.

Chris is survived by his daughters, Emeleigh (Kelso) Stowell and Alexandria (Harley Perleberg) Ballor; his grandchildren, Aalayah and Weston Stowell and Lainey Perleberg; and his siblings, Frank McGillis, Clint Klotz, Terry Klotz Jr., Sydnie (Richard) Heikkila, and Stephanie (Nathan) Slider. He was preceded in death by his parents, his stepfather Michael Bargy Sr., his brother Michael Bargy Jr., and his grandparents Russell and Margaret Ballor.
