Christopher Bingham ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton on Mar. 17, 2026.Christopher Lee Bingham, 64, a lifelong resident of Milton, FL, passed away on March 11, 2026.Born on December 8, 1961, Chris was the son of Marie Bingham and the late Richard Bingham. A true son of Milton, he grew up with a deep appreciation for the Florida landscape and spent a lifetime exploring the local woods and waters.To know Chris was to know a man who was happiest under an open sky. Whether he was tracking game while hunting, waiting for a bite at his favorite fishing spot, or feeling the adrenaline of the races, he lived for the thrill of the outdoors. His grit and love for the sporting life were hallmarks of his character.He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Bingham; his nephew, Richard Bingham; and his granddaughter, Oaklee Bingham.Chris is survived by his three sons: Robert Defranco (Tiffany), Christopher Bingham (Amanda), and Raymond Bingham (Mikayla). He was a proud grandfather to Natalie, Jayden, and Raelynn Defranco; Lexie, Hunter, and Bentlee Bingham; and Brody, Mena, and Myah Bingham.He also leaves behind his devoted mother, Marie Bingham; his brothers, Robert (Lisa) Bingham and Rickey (Robin) Bingham; his sisters, Rocky (David) Leber and Lynn (David) Johnson. His memory will also be cherished by a host of nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews who will remember him fondly.A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at Christian Life Church, 4401 Avalon Blvd, Milton, FL 32583.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
