Christine Noell Robinson

Christine Noell Robinson, 79, of Lynchburg, Virginia, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones. Born on May 27, 1946, to the late Fred and Annie Noell, she graduated from Susie G. Gibson High School. Christine found simple pleasures in shopping, sitting on the porch watching people, and tending to her plants with a green thumb that reflected her nurturing spirit.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley W. Robinson, her twin sister, Florine Noell, and her brother, Robert Noell.

Christine is survived by her three devoted sons, Thomas Robinson (Kathy), Christopher Robinson (Catherine), and Gary Robinson Sr. (Lisa); five grandchildren, Keyanna, Ke’Asia, Kahlil, DeVante’, and Gary Jr.; six bonus grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; her brother Fred Noell (Linda); her sister Hazel Reid; and two cherished friends, Lorraine and Bernice, along with many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Above all, she was a devoted mother whose greatest joy was her family. Her love, guidance, and quiet strength shaped the lives of those she held dear, and her kindness, wisdom, and unwavering devotion will remain in the hearts of her children and all who knew her.
