Christine L Gilman

Christine L. Gilman of Spokane, Washington, passed away on March 8, 2026. She was born on February 1, 1950, in Seattle, Washington, to Ben and Antoinette Gilman.

Christine grew up in the Seattle area, where she attended Sealth High School and later studied at the University of Washington. In 1978 she began a long career as an industrial engineer with the Boeing Company, retiring in 2005. She moved to Spokane in 2002 and made her home there for the last 44 years of her life.

On June 17, 1991, she married Merle Cunningham in Reno, Nevada. Together they built a life in Spokane filled with many shared years.

Christine is survived by her husband, Merle Cunningham of Spokane; stepsons Don and Rob; her sister, Jo Ann Henderson of Redmond, Washington; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.
