Christian Steven "Bubba" Jamrog

September 25, 2004 March 10, 2026

East Windsor, CT

Christian Steven “Bubba” Jamrog, 21, of East Windsor, passed away tragically in an accident on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.

He is survived by his parents, Eric and Corrie Jamrog of East Windsor; his sister, Nova Jamrog of East Windsor; and his brother, Austin Jamrog of East Windsor, and Austin’s longtime girlfriend, Carly Valente of East Windsor. Bubba is also survived by his grandparents, Carrie Hebert of Windsor Locks, Eddy Majewski and Beatriz Stepien of Sandisfield, Massachusetts, and Steven and Barbara Jamrog of Minot, Maine; great-grandparents, Keith and Sandra (Johnson) Taylor of Windsor Locks, and Jadwiga Majewski of Winsted. He also leaves several aunts and uncles, Jason and Andrea Jamrog of Suffield, Katie Carron of Windsor Locks, Phil and Rachel Banker of Simsbury, Aaron Majewski of South Windsor, Kyle Majewski of South Windsor, and Jessica Carpe of Windsor Locks, and numerous cousins. Bubba is also survived by his closest friends, Manny Davis of Somers and Cearra Wormstedt of East Windsor. He will be missed dearly by the family dogs, Bruno, Malibu, Lady, Willow, and Pepper, and his cat, Ms. Meow.

A graduate of East Windsor High School, Bubba went on to attend Lincoln Tech’s Electrician Training program and worked as an electrician apprentice for two and a half years. He played football for eight years with the Ellington Youth Football League Roadrunners. From the time he could walk, Bubba had a deep passion for hunting and fishing. He loved country music, attending concerts with friends and family each year, and lived fearlessly on his own terms. He cherished Sundays on the boat with his dad and grandfather, hunting trips with his grandfather Eddy and uncle Aaron, vacations with his Grandma Bear, and quiet evenings in Maine visiting his Nana and Grandpa, fishing off the dock or playing cribbage with his dad and brother while sneaking Mom’s last Hostess cupcake.

Bubba was a wild spirit with a sharp sense of humor and a quick retort. He lived in his Carhartts and work boots, drove a big red truck, and found joy in Harleys, boats, and time spent in the woods or on the water. He was known for eating everyone’s leftovers and drinking all their Diet Coke, coming home every night to “grocery shop” and share dinner with his family. Above all, his family were his best friends. Generous to his core, Bubba would give you the shirt off his back, pull your truck from a ditch at 3 a.m., or give anyone a ride anytime. He was loved, cherished, and will be deeply missed. His family feels fortunate to have had him, even for a short time.
