Christian Contreras, 38, of Elizabeth, NJ passed away peacefully on March 14, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Family and friends are welcome to visit on Wednesday, March 18th from 3-7pm in Las Rosas Bannworth Funeral Home, 1055 E. Jersey Street Elizabeth, NJ 07201.

Funeral service will commence on Thursday, March 19th from 9-10:15 in the funeral home.

Interment will follow in Rosehill Cemetery, Linden.

Born in Newark, NJ on January 13, 1988, Christian was the beloved son of Raul Contreras and Elizabeth Carrillo. He grew up in New Jersey and was known by those who loved him as a kind-hearted, devoted son and brother whose presence brought warmth and comfort to those around him.

Christian will be deeply missed by his brother, Paul Contreras, his sister-in-law Elizabeth, his cherished nephews Logan and Liam along with extended family and friends who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.

His family will remember him for his loving spirit, his loyalty to those closest to him, and the quiet strength he showed throughout his life.
