Cheryl Janine Woodruff

Cheryl Janine Woodruff, 66, of Lawton, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at her home in Lawton.

Born December 30, 1959, in Three Rivers, Michigan, Cheryl was the daughter of Freeland Rice and Winifred (Lewis) Rice. She found joy in creating crafts, tending her garden, and hunting for treasures at yard sales. She also loved visiting the casino, playing the slot machines, fishing, and floating peacefully on the lake. Above all, Cheryl cherished her family and treasured every moment spent with them.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Scott Woodruff; daughter, Heather Stichler; grandson, Casey Call; great-grandchildren, Aniyah Call, Amirah Jackson, Cameron Call, and Journey Hayes; sisters, Pamela (Don) Paterala, Mary (Stan) Darling, and Nora (Dennis) McPike; and brother, Dan (Shari) Rice.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, her son Brent Woodruff, and her brothers Blair Rice, Kirby Rice, James Rice, and Johnny Rice.
