Cheryl Ann Meehan

Cheryl Ann Meehan, born October 29, 1959, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. A devoted daughter, sister, mother, and friend, Cheryl cherished the relationships she built and nurtured throughout her life.

She was the beloved daughter of the late Benedict Rose and Nancy Keyser, whose love and guidance shaped her early years. She is survived by her sister, Debra Rose, and her brother, Benedict “Ricky” Rose, whose bond with her remained strong always.

Cheryl found her greatest purpose as a mother to her daughter, Nancy Bays, and her sons, Paul Meehan, Austin Meehan (who passed in 2020), and John Colin Meehan. She took special delight in her role as “Mimi” to her eleven grandchildren, each of whom held a cherished place in her heart.

Cheryl will be remembered for her gentle nature and the steady kindness she offered to everyone around her. Her absence will be deeply felt by all who knew and loved her.
