Charlotte "Jean" Passmore

Charlotte “Jean” Passmore, 73, of Curwensville, passed away on March 9, 2026, at Mountain Laurel Healthcare and Rehabilitation. Born on July 11, 1952, she was the daughter of Henry and Eleanor (Bumbarger) Russell.

Jean is survived by her three children, Brad Passmore and his wife Joanne, Rick Passmore, and Darlene Passmore; four grandchildren, Kyle, Kaleb, Adara, and Isabelle; and three great-grandchildren, Aria, Zola, and Garrison. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard N. Passmore, who passed away on August 14, 2024, as well as her parents.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, with interment in the Bloomington Cemetery, Curwensville. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Clearfield County Area Agency on Aging, 600 Cooper Rd, Curwensville, PA 16833.
