She was predeceased by her parents, Felix Burch and Agnes Burch (Nolette); her former husband, Larry R. Davis; her husband, Richard Barry; her siblings, Cathy Chard, Rosemary Burch, Eileen Mickel, Ricky Burch, and Rena Brown; and her sister-in-law, Patricia Burch.
Charlotte is survived by her son, Senior Chief Larry R. Davis; her grandchildren, Samantha Sumner (Steven), Tiffany Wood, Bradley Wood, Paul A. Shannon, Alexander Shannon, Kyle Davis, Sabrina Zak, and Julie Nolin; and her siblings, Ronald Burch and Nancy Mickel. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She will be remembered with deep affection by her family for the life they shared together.
