While attending Northwestern University, where she was pursuing a degree in education, she met her husband, Bruce Wochinski. Together they built a life centered on family and created a warm and welcoming home in Park Ridge.Charlotte was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose strength, independence, and determination left a lasting impression on those who knew her.Charlotte was active in the Park Ridge community and served as a past president of the Twentieth Century Club of Park Ridge.Charlotte cherished many years at the family lake houses at Bohners Lake in Burlington, Wisconsin, and later at Delavan Lake in Delavan, Wisconsin. Summers were often spent living at the lake, surrounded by family and friends who gathered there year after year. Charlotte and Bruce later moved to Delavan Lake to ensure there would always be enough space for their growing family. Today, grandchildren and great-grandchildren fill those same bedrooms, hallways, and yard, continuing the memories that meant so much to her.Charlotte appreciated life's simple pleasures. She enjoyed cross-stitching, caring for her beloved cats, and occasionally relaxing with a glass of wine. Above all, she treasured time spent with her family.Charlotte was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bruce Wochinski; her children, Jeff Wochinski and Kim Wochinski; and her siblings, Frank Wolfinger and Carolyn Selldorff.She is survived by her son, Todd Wochinski; her daughter-in-law, Tammy Wochinski, widow of her son Jeff; her grandchildren, Maegan, Nolan and Kirsten, children of Todd, and Jeanette, Greg and Lily, children of Jeff; and her great-grandchildren, Rylie, Violet and Chloe.Private family services will be held.Information please call (847) 823-1171 or visit ryan-parke.comTo plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
