Charlie McVey ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Laurel Funeral Home - Southern Laurel County on Mar. 17, 2026.Mr. Charlie McVey, age 66 husband of Sharon Frederick McVey of Old Way Road, London, Kentucky passed away on Monday afternoon at the Corbin Health & Rehabilitation Center in Corbin, Kentucky.He was the father of Chris Bruner and wife, Lacy, Charlie Bruner and Earl McVey all of London, Kentucky, Roy Gray and wife, Christina of Corbin, Kentucky, Chris McVey and Ashley Bargo both of Barbourville, Kentucky. He was also blessed with ten grandchildren, plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Hazel Eversole McVey. He was of the Baptist faith and was a retired Construction Worker.Following the wishes of Mr. Charlie McVey the family has chosen cremation. Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
