Charles Eugene Mann, known to all as Chuck, age 63, of Oak Grove, passed away at his home on March 13, 2026, surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with cancer.

For more than thirty years, Chuck owned his own painting business and was widely known as “The Painter.” He took great pride in his work and was remembered as a hardworking man with a sharp, sarcastic wit who would drop everything to help anyone in need.

Chuck and his wife Cheryl shared 36 loving years of marriage and together raised a large and close-knit family. He is survived by his children Justine (Kevin), Brandon (Ashley), Joe (Adreall), and Terra (Dylan); ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, Jaidyn (Bryar), Tristyn (Kaylee), Koltyn, Brityn, Parker, Kora, Karly, Jaxon, Maliyah, Kelsey, Charles, Weston, Nova, and three more on the way; his stepfather Ben; mother-in-law Lyla; father-in-law Butch; brothers Lance and Scott; sisters Deb and Ann; and many other dear family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father Alvin, mother Sharon, father-in-law Wayne, brothers Rick and Jim, and many other loved ones he missed deeply.
