He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Leo, Verna Rulon (Dirksmeyer), Ralph and Norma Cates (Pruitt); his father Charles Leroy Rulon (Charlie) of Alabama, His; his brother Kirby Lynn Rulon; and his son-in-law Robert Harman.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Gay; his children, Sheri and Chuck; his brother Micheal; his sister-in-law Anita Rulon of Alabama; and his children, Tammy L Harman (Rulon) of Kane and Dustin J Harman of Kane. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Summit Grove Cemetery.
