Charles J. Yocom

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles J. Yocom of Walnut Grove, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 9, 2026 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Charles is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Charles' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jodie Yocom and Electa Yocom (Creed); and his son Stephen Charles Yocom. He is survived by: his children, Susan Adams (Arnie), David Yocom (Tina) and Howard Yocom (Kim); and his siblings, Marie Johnson and Don Yocom (Shirley). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home (612 N Washington St, Walnut Grove, MO 65770). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
