Charles Harold Magarian, 91, beloved husband of the late Jeannette F. Bournival, passed away on Monday, March 16, 2026 at the Catholic Medical Center in Manchester. He was born on July 8, 1934 in Manchester to the late Harold J. and Anne (DeNauw) Magarian.Charles attended Manchester West High School and graduated from Fayetteville (NC) High School. He honorably served in the United States Army fighting in the Korean War. He was a member of the Sweeney Post and worked for the NH Army National Guard as a Position Classification Specialist, owned and operated the New Deal Fish Market in Granite Square in the 60's. He enjoyed trips to Atlantic City and Las Vegas was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots and the Boston Celtics.Charles is survived by his four children: Charles "Chuck" Magarian II and his wife Donna, David Magarian and his wife Kimberly, Dawn Anne Fuller, Dr. Maria Ryan and her husband Robert; four step children: Catherine Lacroix, James Cassidy, Joan Kaemmerling and her husband Robert, John Cassidy; seventeen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.SERVICES: Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester from 8:30am to 9:30am. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St. Raphael Parish, 103 Walker St., Manchester at 10am. Entombment will be held in Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, Manchester.In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to St. Raphael Parish, 103 Walker St., Manchester, NH 03102.
