Charles Gaylon Steele III

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Chuck Steele Sr., Deanna Vandenburg-Robbins, Floyd, Barbara Stepp and Richard Bozworth Sr. Additionally; and his close friends, Hunter Koenig and Cody Jenkins.

He is survived by: his father Chuck Steele Jr. of Nevada; his children, Truley Steele and LucyMae Jeffery; his mother Pam Bozworth (Rick) of Nevada; his brother Cory Steele (Kelci) of Milo; his niece Maci Steele; and his close friend Matt Cooper of Nevada. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ferry Funeral Home (301 S Washington St, Nevada, MO 64772). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family for expenses with the funeral home serving as custodian.
