Born in 1968, Charles lived a full life marked by quiet strength and deep devotion to those he loved. He will be remembered for the steady presence he offered his family and friends, and for the many ways he showed care through his actions and steadfast support.
He leaves behind family and friends who will carry his memory with love and gratitude. A spring burial will be held at a later date.
