Twigg and NormaSue (Heavner) Twigg. Ms. Griffith is proceeded in death by her former husband CarlDaniel Griffith, her parents, and her brothers Floyd and Robert Twigg, sister-in-law'sBeverly Twigg and Charlotte Griffith and her husband Charley Griffith.Ms. Griffith retired from the Biederlack of America company where she worked withmany cherished friends. She was a long-time member of Mt. Pleasant MethodistChurch of Cumberland and a recent member of Woodbine Church in Pace. Sheenjoyed gardening, yard sales, Bingo, and fellowship with friends and family.Ms. Griffith is survived by her children, Carl "Mike" Griffith of Denton, TX and Carlene"Sue" Colyer and her husband Ron of Pace, Fl, her brother Charles Twigg of Pinto, MD,her sisters-in-law Pat and Ellen Twigg of Bedford, PA and Cumberland, MD, as well asher grandchildren April Griffith, Kelly Ruyter and her husband Ray, and Andrew Colyer.She also was blessed with three "Great Grands".Charlene suffered from severe arthritis for many years and decided long ago to donateher body to medical education and research. She was blessed by her physicians whocared and prayed for her. The family wishes to thank Dr. Steve Lenga and Nurse Lori,Dr. Ken Garrett, Dr. James Fleischaur, Dr. Brian Kirby, Dr. Jamal Joudeh and MikaSummers RN, her Home Health Care nurse, for their kindness and encouragement.A Celebration of Life is being planned for 22 March 2026 at the Stonebrook Village GolfCourse Clubhouse from 4:00 – 6:00 pm.
