Chad Christopher Rediker

Chad Christopher Rediker, 54, passed away peacefully on March 15, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

A 1993 graduate of Western Kentucky University, Chad worked as an electrical engineer with Stan Steel. He was a devoted husband and father, and was lovingly known as “Opa” to his grandchildren. He found joy in playing tennis, writing poetry, and drawing, and possessed a brilliant and creative mind.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Rosetta King; his uncle, William King, Jr.; and his cousin, Kelly Jones.

Chad is survived by his beloved wife of 28 years, Wendy (Terhune) Rediker; his daughter, Madeline Rediker (Cameron Blankenship); his son, Alexander Rediker; his mother, Diana King; his father, Roger Rediker; his four adored grandchildren, Brylee Grace, Rhodes, Hudson, and Eleanor Blankenship; his brother, Jeffrey Rediker (Abby); and many dear friends.
