Cecile Fisher Ross, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on March 14, 2026. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Cecile was known for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering dedication to her family.

She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Charles Russell Ross. Together they built a loving family that continues to honor their legacy.

Cecile is survived by her children, Greg Ross and his wife Nancy, and Suzanne Rocus and her husband Bruce. Her memory will be cherished by her grandchildren, Daniel Ross and his wife Nicole, Stephanie Plemmons and her husband Tyler, and Emily Rocus, as well as her three great-grandchildren, Brayden Plemmons, Carson Plemmons, and Maeve Ross.
