Cecil Montaño

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cesario Sr. Montaño and Emelia Montaño; his children, Jerry Joe Montaño, Johnny Mack Montaño and Juanita Marie Aragon; his brothers, Jimmy Montaño and Leroy Montano; and his in-laws, Roman and Julia Padilla.

He is survived by: his wife Alice Montaño; his children, Roseann Alires (Rudy), Vicki Cleveland (Mark), Donna Sisneros (Mike), Robert Montaño (Margaret) and Donald Montaño (Mary); and his brother Benny Montaño. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 67 great-grandchildren, and 29 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the The Chapel (1500 N Thornton St, Clovis, NM 88101). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 6:00 PM and on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 9:30 AM. A burial will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Final Resting Place Texico Cemetery (374 Curry Rd 8, Texico, NM 88135).
