Cathy Ivey Hickey

Ms. Cathy Ivey Hickey, age 69, a resident of Sequatchie, Tennessee, formerly of Rockwood, Tennessee passed away Friday, March 6, 2026, at her home. She was born October 11, 1956, in Rockwood, Tennessee. Cathy was a retired Welcome Center Assistant with the State of Tennessee Department of Tourist Development with over 27 years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie Ivey & Betty Joyce Hampton Ivey; husband, Paul Hickey; and sisters, Carolyn Lee Ivey Daniels, Karen Annette “Bug” Daniels, and Debbie Kay Wallace.

Sammy Hickey (Michele)

Grandchildren: Chevelle Megan Higdon, Shawn Paul Hickey, Shyla Rose Hickey, Silas Richard Hickey, and Corvin Colon

An Expected Great Grandchild

And several other relatives and friends.

Family and friends will meet on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (E.D.T.) in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Rockwood, Tennessee, for Graveside services and interment. Evans Mortuary of Rockwood, Tennessee is honored to serve the family of Ms. Cathy Ivey Hickey.
