Catherine Greene

Catherine DeStefano Greene passed away peacefully on March 12, 2026, at the age of 95 in Middletown, New York. Born on December 26, 1930, in Oxford Depot, New York, Catherine lived a life deeply rooted in faith and family.

She was the cherished wife of the late Fred C. Greene Jr. Together they created a home filled with love, devotion, and shared values that inspired everyone around them. Catherine is survived by her son, Ronald Greene, and his life partner, Laura Fratto; her daughter, Sharon Noonan, and her husband, Ryne Noonan; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Greene, Conor Noonan, Colin Noonan, and Colin’s wife, Sara Noonan; and her sister, Joyce Browne, and her husband, Jerry Browne. She was predeceased by her parents and several brothers and sisters.

Catherine took great pleasure in creating a warm and welcoming home where laughter and lasting memories were always present. She also cherished the many years she spent traveling the country with her husband Fred in their RV.

Her memory will be forever cherished by those who knew and loved her.
