Catherine "Cathy" Boggs

Catherine “Cathy” Boggs, 57, passed away on Friday, February 20, 2026, at her home. Born on December 3, 1968, in South Bend to the late Lester “Paul” and Joyce (Dowd) Boggs, she later married Ralph Nolen, who survives her.

Cathy is also survived by their children, Sami Boggs of South Bend, Travis Nolen of Mishawaka, and Michael Nolen of Minnesota; her brother, John (Gail) Boggs of Washington; and five step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Heather.

Cathy cherished her role as a mother and grandmother. Known for her straightforward words and actions, she found great joy in camping, fishing, and spending time outdoors with Ralph at their sites in Howe, Indiana, and Eby Pines in Bristol.

She leaves behind a family who will remember her with deep affection and gratitude for the life they shared.
