She was born August 30, 1974, in Wellsville, Ohio. She was known for her joyful spirit and the warmth she brought into every room. Her infectious smile could brighten a room no matter where she was, and she had a way of making both friends and strangers feel welcomed and at ease. A child at heart, she had a playful outlook on life and a deep love for the beach. Whether it was the sound of the waves, the feeling of sand between her toes, or simply the chance to relax with the people she loved, the beach was one of the places where she felt most at peace. More than anything, she treasured time spent with family and friends, creating memories filled with laughter, love, and simple moments together. She shared a loving relationship with her fiancé, Jim Davis, and took great pride in her children, Adam Yost, Karen Marrko, and Cody Davis. Her love for her family was central to her life, and she cherished every moment she was able to spend with them. She is also lovingly remembered by her former husband, Shawn Marrko, with whom she remained a valued friend. She is survived by her mother, Karen Madden; and by her siblings: Dawn Fox and her husband Jerry, Marc Madden and his wife Kim, and LeeAnn Arndt and her husband Randy. She also leaves behind many cherished nieces and nephews: Elizabeth Fox Woodcock and her husband Cody, Casey Jo Yost, Connor Madden, and Cooper Madden, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Emma Yost, whom she carried in her heart always. Those who knew her will remember her bright spirit, her sense of fun, and the way she made the people around her feel welcome. Though her time with us was far too short, the memories she created and the love she shared will remain with her family and friends forever. Her family invites all who knew and loved her to join them on April 25 as they celebrate her life and the lasting impact she had on those around her.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
