Lane, 87, of Corliss passed away on Sunday morning, March 8, 2026 at Genesis White Sulphur Springs Center.He was born on March 3, 1939 at Harper, WV; he was the son of the late Samuel S. Lane and Vivian Godby Lane.Carson was a retired Army veteran. He mainly did farming, he was a former school bus driver, logger and truck driver.Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Mary Sue Lane; Son, Jeffrey Lane of Corliss; brother, Avery Lane of Salem, and a half-brother, Kerry Lockhart of Sam Black Church.Per his wishes, he will be cremated and no services.Online condolences may be made to the family by visiting www.wallaceandwallacefh.comWallace & Wallace, Inc. of Rainelle, WV is in charge of arrangements.Legacy.com reports daily on death announcements in local communities nationwide.
