He is survived by: his wife Dolly Joyce Keller (Stevens); his family, Kathleen E. Rishell (John), Caroline M. Rock (Robert), Gregory P. Keller (Jennifer), Charles E. Keller (Margaret) and Joseph L. Keller; and his sisters, Jean M. Keller of Hagerstown and Mary H. Helmer of Hagerstown.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Minnich Funeral Home (415 E Wilson Blvd, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
