Collins Funeral Home and Cremation Service on Feb. 27, 2026.Mrs. Darlene Carroll Myers, 79, of Temple, Georgia, passed away Thursday, February 26, 2026 at Tanner Medical Center in Villa Rica.Darlene was born November 10, 1946 in Newnan, Georgia, the daughter of the late Rayford Carroll and the late Elsie McElory Carroll. She spent much of her life as a cashier working for Wal-Mart. In her free time, she enjoyed crafting, crocheting and sewing.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Myers, sibling, Jackie Carroll and grandchildren, Angel Myers and Angela Smith.Darlene is survived by her children, Jackie Duke (Dennis) of Temple, Michael Myers of Ringold, Maria Myers of Temple, Toni Smith of Bremen, siblings, Dorothy Duke of Jacksonville, AL, Julian Carroll (Vickie) of Johns Creek, eleven grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.In keeping with her wishes, she was cremated.To send condolences to the family, visit our website at www.jcollinsfuneralhome.comJ.
