A native of Lexington, she was born on October 11, 1960, to the late Hubert and Jennie Gross Barnett. Carolyn was a homemaker.Survivors include her three children, Jonathon, Jeff, and Melissa Finney; several grandchildren; six sisters; one brother; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister.Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Monday, March 9, 2026, at Kerr Brothers-Main Street with the Rev. David Hickerson officiating. Burial will follow in the Lancaster Cemetery, Lancaster, KY. There will be no visitation.
