Haky Funeral Home - Uniontown website to view the full obituary.Carolyn Ruth Provance, 75, of Lemont Furnace, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at her residence.She was born on July 3, 1950 to the late Roy D. and Shirley Showman DeWitt.Carolyn worked in nutrition at Lafayette Manor and DeWitt's Personal Care Home for many years.She is survived by a son, Robert Provance and wife Janice of Dunbar; a daughter, Candi Zebley and husband Brian of Lemont Furnace; three grandchildren, Samantha Lake, Tonya Burnsworth and husband Cody, and Jason Provance and wife Tricia; six great grandchildren, Grayson, Chevelle, Addison, Jaelynn, Hayden, and Remington; three brothers, Roy DeWitt and wife Judy, Domer DeWitt and wife Joanne, and Melvin DeWitt and wife Debbie; several nieces and nephews; and her special doggy, Bailey.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Destiny Nicole Zebley; and two siblings, William DeWitt and Charolette Martin.Arrangements are under the direction of the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, 603 N.
