Carolyn Marie Hardin

Carolyn Marie Hardin of Senatobia, Mississippi, born in Clarksdale, Mississippi, passed away on March 13, 2026 at the age of 83.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kathy Lovorn; her brother, Chuck McElroy; and her parents, Windle McElroy and Mildred McElroy. Carolyn is survived by her husband, William Douglas “Doug” Hardin; her sons, Kris Lovorn (Ginger), Bill Hardin (Betsy), and Tommy Hardin (Tricia); her grandchildren, Will Hardin, Maggie Hardin (Alissa Ann), Ashley Duett (Jonathan), Abby Cobb (David), Owen Hardin (Autumn), Grant, Wade, and Drew Victory; her sister, Kathy Hardy; and her dear friends, Rick and Barbara Haynes.

Carolyn lived a life deeply rooted in family, finding her greatest joy in the roles of wife, mother, and grandmother. Those who knew her will remember the steady love and quiet strength she brought to every relationship she cherished.
