She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Harry Shelton and Caroline Mabel Fullmer Shelton; her son Bryan; and her siblings, Robert and Donna.

She is survived by: her spouse Loren Ray Beckstead; and her children, Karen Egan (David), Jackie Fuahala, Shauna Beckstead and Steven Beckstead (Kirstin). She is also survived by her husband of 71 years: her four children: eight grandchildren: and sixteen great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM at the Broomhead Funeral Home (12600 South 2200 W, Riverton, UT 84065). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the South Jordan City Cemetery (10630 S 1055 W, South Jordan, UT 84095).
