Griehm, 71, of Wilmington, Ohio passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at Hospice of Cincinnati, Blue Ash. She was born on September 30, 1954 in Lorain, Ohio, daughter of the late Helen Gargus Kozopas and Michael Kozopas. She was a 1973 graduate of Clearview High School in Lorain.Carolyn recently retired from Smith Feike Minton Insurance Company. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren. Carolyn was a strong, intelligent person and a good friend to many.She is survived by her husband, Jeryl Griehm, whom she married on August 13, 1977; her son, Michael Griehm of Maineville, Ohio; her daughter, Carrie (Christopher) Beaty of Verona, Kentucky; a sister, Joyce Kozopas of Wilmington, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Lindsy Greihm, Jack Beaty, and Emma Beaty.The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Faith Lutheran Church, 421 E Vine St, Wilmington, Ohio. A memorial service with Pastor Joel Richter officiating will follow at 6:00 PM.
