Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carolyn Ginn Webb (Goldsboro, North Carolina), who passed away at the age of 89, on March 7, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Ginn and Bertha Ginn; her husband Frank Webb; her son Dennis Reeves; and her siblings, Dorothy Herring, Clara Edmundson, Lois Sasser, Garland Ginn and Milford Ginn.

She is survived by: her daughter Linda Woodard; her granddaughters, Regan Hannant (Steve) and Jade Pyburn (Alec); and her great grandchildren, Karsyn, Ella, Zada and Gracyn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Seymour Funeral Home (1300 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, NC 27534). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wayne Memorial Park (2925 US-117, Dudley, NC 28333).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Eastern North Carolina Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
