Carolyn Ford

Carolyn Ford, lovingly known as Carol, passed away on March 5, 2026, at the age of 76. She was born on December 23, 1949, in Caruthersville, Missouri, to Barney and Hazel Payne.

Carol grew up in a large, close-knit family with six siblings: Floyd, Charles, Bonnie, Dorothy, Mary, and Ronnie. She married Charles Ford, and together they raised two children, Howard Christopher and Tammatha Sue Ford. She was a proud grandmother to Crystal and Cody, who brought her great joy.

A kind and giving person, Carol devoted much of her life to caring for others. She lovingly cared for her brother Ronnie for many years after an auto accident left him paralyzed. Her compassion, strength, and generosity touched everyone who knew her.

Carol will be remembered as a devoted mother, sister, and friend, always ready to lend a helping hand or share a warm smile. Her love and selflessness leave a lasting legacy in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know her.
