Carolyn F. Musick, 77, of Logan, Ohio, passed away at 9:10 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026, at Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan.
Born on April 18, 1948, in McCuneville, Ohio, to the late Charles and Lucy Perry Talbert, Carolyn devoted herself to her family above all else. She especially cherished her grandchildren and found her greatest joy in their lives.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Dan Musick; her son, David Musick; and several grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Michael Musick, and several brothers and sisters.
Burial will take place in Shawnee Cemetery, Shawnee, Ohio.
