Carolyn Dee Ann Lee

Carolyn Dee Ann Lee, 81, of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. She was preceded in death by her parents, James W. and Marjorie N. Pope.

She is survived by her sons, Albert Tant Jr. (Kelly) and Robert E. Bunn IV (Vickie); grandchildren AC Tant III (Rachel), Alexis Tant Horne (Caleb), Cameron Bunn (Shannon), Robert Bunn V (Maren); great-grandchildren Anderson Horne, Khloe Bunn, Truett Bunn, Serenity Bunn, and Nevaeh Bunn; and her lifelong best friend and caregiver, Michael Love.

Carolyn was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who cherished time spent at the beach with family and friends. Her quiet devotion and steady presence left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
