In loving memory of Carolina Hernandez of Palm Coast, Florida, who departed this world on March 3, 2026 at the age of 75. Carolina leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Carolina is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Carolina's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Domingos Fernandez Matoz and Ana Dias Matoz; her husband Israel Hernandez; and her former husband Joseph Cerdeira. She is survived by: her son Robert Cerdeira; and her siblings, Elvira Agapito and Jose Matoz.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (4600 Belle Terre Pkwy, Palm Coast, FL 32137). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
