Carole “CiCi” J. Paluh, age 82, of Quincy and formerly of Phoenix, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at Blessing Hospital.
CiCi lived a full life that spanned both the warmth of the Arizona desert and the familiar rhythms of her Illinois hometown. Known for her bright spirit and the affectionate nickname that captured her personality, she touched the lives of family and friends with quiet kindness and steady presence. She will be remembered fondly by those who knew her best and will be deeply missed by all who loved her.
