Carole Hall James

She was predeceased by: her husband Ben James; her sons, Lennie and Marty James; her parents, Ottis Hall and Carrine Hall; and her brothers, Lynn, Ronnie and Dwight Hall.

She is survived by: her caregiver Myra Ann Mooneyham; her son-in-law Charles Mooneyham; her daughter Regenia Ford (Harvey); her grandchildren, Daniel "Boone" James (Kim), Myra Roxanne Bledsoe (Dustin), LeShea Carole Cody (Brandon), Amelia Celeste Raines (Chase), Davey Ford and Petchula Ford; her niece Amanda Cole; her brothers, Grant Hall and Jed Hall; and her friends, Aileen Strange, Peggy Hall and Charlie Grooms. She is also survived by 11 beautiful great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Manes Funeral Home (363 E Main St, Newport, TN 37821). The lying in state will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Valley View Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
