Carole Francis Brady

Carole Francis Brady, age 77, of Janesville, passed away at Mercy Hospital on March 11, 2026. She was born on March 26, 1948, in Clintonville, Wisconsin, the daughter of Norman and Mareta (Kendall) Olson. Carole grew up in Clintonville and graduated from Clintonville High School. She married Robert V. Brady on May 3, 1969, and had been a resident of Janesville since 1971.

A devoted homemaker, Carole also worked for American Greeting Cards earlier in her life. She found her greatest happiness in the company of her family, especially in her final years with her beloved great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of more than 56 years, Robert Brady; sons, Robert Brady Jr. and Brian (Heather) Brady; grandchildren, Tyler (Becky) Brady, Haley (Colton) Spaeth, and Marshal Brady; great-grandchildren, Maddox and Emma; sisters, Correne (Jim) Moling, Rita Zigler, and Marjean Moore; and brother, Jon (Lucy) Olson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Olson.
