She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Newhook and Stella Newhook; her sister Pauline Etheridge; and her nephew Trenton Etheridge. She is survived by: her husband Steve Kelley; her daughter Chantel Ford; her brothers, Roger (Connie Kelley) and Mark (Robyn Robbins); her nephew Scott Etheridge; and her close friend Marcia Avery. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home (2403 Harrison Ave, Panama City, FL 32405). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
