She was born in Lockport on September 19, 1952, the daughter of the late Owen Capen and Lillian Norman Capen. She last worked for Ridge Road Express. Carol enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and her facial expressions will live with her children forever.Mother of Stephanie (Clayton Burning) Rutherford, John (Tracy Kilpatrick) Rutherford and Cori Hubert. Sister of Doug Capen, Bruce Capen and the late Dick and Bill Capen. Grandmother of Brooke (late Johnny Matyjasik) Harris, Chelsie Burning (Josh) Schmitt, Bradley and Alexis Rutherford, Jason (Riley) Jones, Jayden and Liam Hubert. Great grandmother of Rayna Matyjasik, Jane and Callie Schmitt, and our new arrival in June of Jason and Riley's daughter, Willow Carolynn. Also survived by a special friend of the family Heidi Johnston Killburn, several nieces, nephews and cousins.No prior visitation.
