Carol L. Case

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol L. Case of Monclova, Ohio, who passed away on March 6, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Meyers and Gladys Meyers; her sister-in-law Linda Emerson; her cousin Stephen Rupp; and her nephew Craig Emerson.

She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Case; her children, Cathleen Nusbaum (Robert), Thomas Case, Jr. (Dawn) and Stephen Case (Julie); her grandchildren, Rebecca Donovan (Kathleen), Matthew, Nicholas, Gina, Maxwell and Maren Case; her great grandchildren, Leo, Laurel and Lane Donovan; her sister-in-law Suzanne Handy (Roy); and her cousins, Kristen Friedman (Steven), Darlene Rupp and Nancy Vladovich (Pete). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Walter Funeral Home (4653 Glendale Ave, Toledo, OH 43614). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Bethel Lutheran Church Unified Fund, Hospice of Northwest Ohio or the Toledo Humane Society.
