She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin B. Christenson and Lucille L. Christenson (Woods); and her husband Charles Harrison Smith. She is survived by: her son Peter; her daughter-in-law Aimee Smith of Janesville, WI; her daughter Pam; her son-in-law Fred Rowe of Clarksville, MD; and her grandchildren, David, Martha Rowe, Beca and Lydia Smith.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the First Lutheran Church (612 N Randall Ave, Janesville, WI 53545). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
