She was predeceased by: her parents, Wahlice Parrott and Garvin Parrott; and her brothers, John and Roger. She is survived by: her sons, Ken and Kelly Phipps; her caregiver Julie Phipps; Jesse and Joey Phipps.

A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home (10211 Plainfield Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45241). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
